Meglioのコンセプト
「Meglio」はイタリア語で「メリオ」と発音し
「より良く」「向上する」という意味があります。
私たちは皆様との「めぐり会い」を大切にしたい
体中を「めぐる」Fascia（筋膜）にアプローチする
そんな意味も込めて、Meglio：メグリオ」と名付けました。
私たちは、理学療法士として医療機関で働いてきました。
そこで、巡り合った90歳の患者様がこんな話をされました。
「私の人生、やり残したことはない、幸せな人生でした。
色んな病気を患って、大変な思いをしてきたけど
大好きな登山もできたし、お友達と旅行にも行きました。
大切な家族との思い出も沢山あります。
だから、
もうやり残したことはありません。
これからの人生は、
思い出話でもしながら過ごすこと
それがすごく幸せなのです」
私は、
こんな人生を送りたいと心から思いました。
そして、
心と体を健康にできる存在でなければならないと感じました。
健康とは、肉体的にも、精神的にも、そして社会的にも
全てが満たされた状態にあることを言います。
私たちにできることは、
筋膜調整という確かな技術で
身体中をめぐる筋膜を整え、自由に動ける体を作ること
ヨガやアロマで
心身の緊張を解きほぐし、本来備わっているはずの自然治癒力を高めること
アウトドアやワークショップで
健康であることに幸せを感じ、誰かと楽しみを共有できる機会を作ること
Meglio「メグリオ」のミッションは
巡り合ったあなたの人生が豊かになる
きっかけを作ることだと思っています。

“Our Mission”
The name of our treatment center “Meglio (メグリオ)” means “best”, “better” or “improvement”.
It also means that we cherish our “encounters (めぐり会い)” with you, and treat the “myofascia” that “surrounds (めぐる)” the throughout your body.
We worked as physical therapists at a medical institution, and where we encountered a 90-year-old patient who told us the following.
“I had a happy life. I have nothing left to do in my life.
I have had many illnesses, and I have had a lot of hardships.
I was able to do my favorite mountain climbing and travel with friends.
I have many memories with my precious family.
So, I enjoy the rest of my life.”
After hearing his/her story of life, we really felt wanted to live a life like his/her.
We believe that “health” is fulfilled physically, mentally, and socially.
We realized that we need to be able to support people become healthy in mind and body.
Some of the things we can do includes;
・To treat the myofascia that surrounds throughout your body with the proven technique of myofascial treatment, and to create a body that can move easy.
・Yoga and aromatherapy help to release tension in the body and mind and enhance the body's innate natural healing powers.
・To create opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and workshops, to feel happy and healthy, and to share the joy of being healthy with others.
We believe the mission of “Meglio” is “to be a trigger, to enrich your life”.
We will help you to have a wonderful life.
